Redeemed a CD Key did not get a message for the Steam Key

Today i redeemed a CD KEY of PoE 2 and choosed the Steamkey. So far i did not recieve any Key for Steam.
Does anybody know how long it normally takes? Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 5:21:06 PM

when you tap get steam key, it should be show you on the webside, I dont know what happen on you, but my one just show on 1 sec, if really didnt have it , it was big bug ,hope you can join in game ASAP.
