Issue still not resolved from Dec 6.

For context, I originally reached out on Dec 6 regarding unmerging and deleting a secondary account after a steam purchase for early access credited coins to the wrong secondary account. I originally received a response from support asking for character names and Transaction ID, which I provided. Upon sending another message with the transaction ID, the email automatically responded with message limit exceeded, so I sent another separate message to support to make sure that it went through. I haven't received a response since then and have created another message since then thinking that it may have gotten lost due to an existing ticket still showing as unresolved? If I could get assistance with this matter it would be appreciated. Thanks
