Strongbox mod not working

Hi,

I had a strongbox with the mod "Contains an additional unique item", I cleared the mobs that spawned but the strongbox didn't drop a unique. I've also had an issue because of the way the mobs spawn from strongboxes now where the strongbox spawned in the end of a narrow hallway with a dead end, and it didn't spawn any monsters so it couldn't be completed.
