Improved selling/buying items
I'm still quite new to PoE in general and recently got into selling & buying items between players. Comparing the selling/buying features in PoE to other titles, the system in general is very unintuitive, but aspects of it fit quite well, such as it working directly from your stash. However, I personally wish it were more 'automated' and less limiting. Only being able to sell and buy items from online players unless you want to wait until the person goes online is annoying.
I personally would much rather enjoy an in-game way to find listed items rather than navigating over to the poe website. I don't personally mind it working from the stash directly and actually quite enjoy that part. But wish it was more automated to the point where you could buy listed items directly from any offline/online player without needing the players to meet up for a trade and validate that they are actually getting what they asked for. Persay, you go to an in-game npc to find the listed helms, find a helm you like, and buy it for the desired item/s the seller want. You then get the helm you wanted, and the sellers price item/s automatically replace the helms slot in their stash (it would be without a selling price, just to indicate this item was sold for this). The seller's wanted currency could even get sorted into their stash automatically if they have it set up to do so. And most likely provide both parties with an ingame message "This item was sold for X" & "You bought this item for X". If the seller isnt online they would recieve this chat message once they go online. While still providing the sellers name in the listing for questions regarding the price or trying to bargin for it. Is it just my opinion still as a newcomer to PoE in general? Wouldnt it be nice being able to directly buy any listed item at all times and not being limited by the online status of the seller?
