Ingame UI problem (or just me?)

Hi
Completly new to PoE and started playing yesterday.
Made a Merc and started and all was fine, at level 5 having problem with boss in first "dungeon" i messed around with diffrent arrows and buttons and all of sudden nothing work.

Maybe my own fault but i cant figure out what...

Logged in just now and i can not shoot a singel shot, char only reloads even if i move abilitys/arrows around.

I will admit i dont fully understand the quickbar and mouse intergration, reload, switching arrows and so on, but it did work up until now.

Deleted char and made a new one and still same problem.

So now i cant play at all.
