lost access to PoE2 early access for no reason

everything was working well for one day and then my account lost access to poe2, didnt get a mail or anything. Sent 2 mails to support but no replies in days. I think that it could be due to me merging my old account with my new one since it was the one with steam connected (because i forgot i had an old poe acc) and maybe it caused some weird bug disabling my access idk can someone from the staff or anything help me im desperate lol
