Enchanced effectiveness ascendancy node and Olroth's Heroic Stone keystone interaction

The enchanced effectiveness node does not grant any bonus evasion when you have Black Scythe Training allocated. I would assume this is the same for the other other heroic tragedy jewels aswell. This kinda sucks as it seems like a obvious interaction to pair a stat-stacking jewel with the stat-stacking ascendancy. Leveled up a new character to maps for this interaction only for it not to work. I'm not sure if this is intended or not.

Doesn't work with other Timeless Jewels either. They also break all travel nodes in their radius.
