Double transactions on my account

I don't receive further reply by email since Dec 9 so I will post the thead here.
I bought a 30USD supporter pack on Dec 7. But in the end I have been charged twice for two 30USD supporter packs. I made a ticket on the same day for the refund. On Dec 9 I received reply and saying they are able to refund that and I already provided character information & purchase transaction ID they asked for but then I didn't receive any single reply after all. Today is Dec 22 I wonder what is going on exactly here. Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 8:49:18 AM
