Legacy of the Vaal quest

After waking up at the end of the campaign on my second character, the legacy of the Vaal quest directs me to speak to Doryani. I have done all the options he has but it does not complete. Is it just a bug?

Same here. Have tried multiple ways to clear this quest and won't complete. No matter where/when I talk to him.
