LOST EARLY ACCESS / LOCKED ACCOUNT

Hello GGG Staff,

Long time since after last patch couldn't play anymore because I magically don't have early access anymore.

This is a ridiculous situation having a massive player base that lose the option to play the game we paid for.

I sent emails long time ago and no one even replying, lots of posts around here and theres no solution or fix by you guys.

Do a global fix for players that already played your game by filtering their characters/playing time (not that difficult) or just refund our money, the fact that you going one by one through emails is worthless and this is getting ridiculous as everyday you receive a massive amount of emails because people are getting angry cause they cannot even play the game they paid for.


Do something because this is ridiculous and people starting to lose their patience.

Already done more than 1 week ago but thanks for your copy and paste generic message!
I have the same problem
Took the key yesterday , instaled the game but when im thying to log in it writes that i have no access and need to buy a key
But i have it , and its activeted yesterday
Send message to support on mail, please check it
