[New Player] , Help me diagnose the problem

Hello, I've been following a lightening strike slayer build guide that's supposed to be low budget friendly, The build has over a million in DPS and 5k ES. I copied the passive and gems and I also tried my best to replicate every item the guide had, for some reason, I ended up with around 60k in dps and 3k ES which is CRAZY bad compared to the guide, I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here.

I'd really appreciate it if a veteran would spend some time comparing my build and his and help me understand what I'm doing wrong. I abandoned two characters before because of this problem and I'm fed up haha.
