Will Chance Orbing an Azure Amulet give me highest possibility of getting Everlasting Gaze? (SSF)

I'm a SSF and casual player. I got my first Chance Orb and thought using it on an Azure Amulet might get me an Everlasting Gaze. Is this logic correct?
