Spectral Ward/Subterfuge Mask passives on Monk typo?

So, Subterfuge Mask says you get +2 Evasion Rating per 1 Maximum Energy Shield on your Helmet, but Spectral Ward says +2 Energy Shield per >12< Evasion Rating on Body Armour. The first time I saw these, I thought it was +2 per 1 on each, which would be a pretty good deal. A 12/1 ratio seems worthless.

Spectral Ward will provide 170 ES if your body armour has 2040 evasion*.

Subterfuge Mask will provide 832 evasion if your helmet has 416 ES*.

170/832 ~ 416/2040 these notables are balanced relative to each other.

*To make the examples more or less realistic, I decreased the values of top evasion bodies (2692) and ES helms (549) available on trade (online) by a quarter.
