Something has to be wrong with Flasks

1) First of all the quantity of Flasks drop is way too high
2) You almost never have Flasks drop with Quality on it
3) If you manage to find a Flask with Quality on it you cannot extract it on the bench unlike Weapons/Armors items
4) The vendors never sell any Flask with Quality on it
5) You have more chance to get a Divine Orb drop than a Glass Bauble drop
