Quest Update Problem with quest "Secrets in the Dark"

Hello,
I am trying to finish the quest Secrets in the Dark. My buddy and I were in a group together and he clicked one of the runes before I was inside the Red Vale and he got the item. I then entered the Red Vale and we did the other 2 together, I got credit and Items for both other Runes, but the first Rune I did not get credit or a item for and I am no longer able to click the rune to get that item. I cannot update the quest, so I am just stuck and not able to progress that Quest at all. It still just says "Collect the last Rune of Power".

I have the items "Runed Skullcap" and "Runed Guard", the last item I am missing and unable to obtain.
