POE2-Can't access Endgame content

So I just completed act 6 and can't access the map device.

My quest after capturing doryani and being taken to the zig hideout is Legacy of the Vaal- Enter the time portal in town to travel to cruel difficulty(As I said I just completed act6) or if I look at the waypoint map it tells me to talk to the hooded one in ACT ONE to travel to act 2.

If I try and access the map device it shows me the waypoint map.
