Account not showing up correctly

When I log into my POE account, I'm given two options under "Switch Account". One of my accounts is for POE1. The other is POE2. The POE2 account doesn't show any character information (like the POE1 account does). When I click "Trade" on my POE2 account, I only have the option to trade in POE1; the drop down that switches to POE2 has no POE2 option. What do I do????
