Do I really need to rebuy $30 package to access Currency Exchange on PS5?

Currently playing poe2 on regular degital ver. PS5. I bought the beta ver. Somehow I go to store page it shows buying option again on my ps5 store poe2 page. Is my version of game is bugged or somehow not the real copy of the game somehow?? Nobody seems to have this issue on the ps5 other than me. I really want a fix this issue it is really getting anoying not getting any support from any where.
