POE2 Augury Map Mechanic Bug

Cleared the entire map except for the boss, pulled all 3 levers and have ran around the entire map 4 times. Each lever pulled does not have the red 'power' that goes to the center which should allow Players to open the door to fight the remaining rare mobs.
