General thoughts on affixes/prefixes on all equipment

I am a guild leader for a bunch of us who are knowledgeable in gaming in general, but none of us played Poe1. As guild leader, I’m trying to put together good equipment for my friends and I to use throughout campaign with multiple types of heroes we want to play. Basically trying to get low level, mid level and then high level equipment setup in our guild tabs to make it easy for my friends and I to quickly pick gear to use on our current heroes and future heroes we level.

My question I have is, in general, what affixes/prefixes should I be looking for with each type of gear. I would think Item find, spirit, movement speed, any type of damage would all be good, but are there certain types of attributes I should always want and any that are rarely needed.
