I sent an e-mail about my problem on the 7th of December, it has been 15 days as of today, but there has still been no progress regarding my problem, I am still waiting for a return, all I want is to move my stahs tabs taken with the points loaded incorrectly to my two accounts in the same mail received from steam to my main account, I sent the necessary information by e-mail, all I want is an answer.
