Delay/Bug on Micro TX’s Xbox platform used all my currency

Still waiting more than a week for support email response.

Received “transaction timed out” while trying to purchase (1) essence stash tab but kept retrying the transaction. Each time said that it failed/timed out but a few minutes later 6 essence tabs all showed up in one big batch. I want one tab not 6, please return my currency.

My advice is don’t click anything if anything is wonky.
