Twitch Drop Claimed on wrong connected account. Is there a fix for this?

I'm hoping there is a way for me to receive my twitch drops to my account Soulmass#1110. I was previously connected to another account separate from Steam. I earned the drops and claimed but after not seeing anything in my inventory, I realized the Steam account was not connected. This was a mistake on my part as I am new to using Twitch and navigating through all the steps to receive these drops was a learning curve.. And at the time of connecting I admittedly forgot my login info so I just connected through another source, thinking it wouldn't matter. Then once I remembered it, I switched accounts but at this point I guess it was too late.

I've seen this is a common problem among others, but I do not know if any of them got resolved. Is there a fix for this?
