Fps drop since 300kb update on steam 08/12/2024

Well i was playing until 2 am game was running fine 95+fps plus no stuttering or fps drop, went to sleep, woke up at 10 am , launched steam had a 300kb update, launched the game , started playing and my fps started dropping from 110+/- to 45-60 when theres alot of mobs and effects, in town i had locked 100 fps, now i have 60 with micro stuttering, i dont really know if it was something on my side (my PC) but i didnt changed nothing, same game settings that i had at 2 am, only thing that changed was that 300kb update on steam.

My specs are 32gb ram 3200mhz, ryzen 5 5600x, RX6600XT 8gb Radeon
turned on AMD FSR noticed a little improvement, but i was running with NIS with better perfomance overall no stuttering at all.
