Microtransaction items drops from twitch

Hello,

Is it possible If I can transfer some microtransaction items from my old account to this account? I have a twitch account which was previously connected to an old previous account in POE, when POE 2 EA access was about to start, I changed the connected account with my current POE account since it was previously routing all microtransaction drops from twitch to the old account. Now that I have updated the connected accounts in Twitch. I just recently watch another twitch drops but still the microtransaction item still went to the old account.

Is there a way if I can get those microtransaction item (Drops) and move it to this account?
