[Power Siphon] crashes game in [Hideout]

The skill [Power Siphon] appears to make host & party members [Crash] while their [Persistence] is in [Hideout].

If using gear with the skill [Power Siphon] you may experience game crashes when you travel to and persist in a [Hideout].

Testing done:

- Host crashes with [Power Siphon] equipped
- Host does not crash with [Power Siphon] equipment in inventory while their [Persistence] is in [Hideout].

- Host & Party [Crash] when one member has [Power Siphon] equipped
- Host & Party does not [Crash] with [Power Siphon] equipment in inventory while their [Persistence] is in [Hideout].

Testing Areas:

- Individual [Hideout] used
- Guild [Hideout] used

Can confirm. My crashes didn't start until I put a power siphon wand on. Game would crash immediately when pressing left click (bout to skill 1) when I have power siphon wand on.

Logged back into the game, opened inventory, took wand off and able to use left click without issue. Put on another wand and was able to left click fine. Put power siphon wand back on and left click and it immediately crashes again.

Thank you for figuring this out. Am able to play again after 3 hours of reloading configs and reinstalling the game.

*Update* Picked up another magic Siphoning Wand to test out and same issue:
