support response time is not acceptable and there should be compensation

my pc got hacked and I lost ONLY my POE account cuz there is no 2FA in POE

i sent an email aweek ago with ALL the info they need to change my email back to what it was, but instead today they sent me an email telling me to scan my PC for malware and change PW of my emails which i did already since i knew my PC got hacked and they locked my account so i cant even play with my linked steam anymore

a week to respond is not acceptable at all and the problem is not resolved, there should be compensation for not being able to play what i paid for and refusing to add 2FA system which people have been begging for it for ages now
