Blood Sacrifice Passive Bug

After progressing past Act 3 without collecting the two passive skills from the Blood Sacrifice encounter, I am unable to return to that location. When attempting to use the gateway to return, it redirects to Act 1 instead. Additionally, there is no waypoint available to access this area.

after finishing the campaign again i was able to return there to finish the blood sacrifice
