Hey,
I was just wondering if there is a large delay in email responses from Support? I email prior to Thanksgiving and got a reply asking for additional details and never received a response after, I then emailed on Dec 11th in regards to a separate issue and have yet to receive a response. Was just curious if it's normal for long waits for replies or if it's something on my end? Last bumped on Dec 21, 2024, 8:51:30 PM

" It's because since the launch of Early Access of PoE 2, Support have been absolutely inundated with email requests. They will respond as soon as they can. If you have emailed them, then please do not send any further emails until requested to by Support. 😹😹😹😹😹
