Body armour Bugged.

I have slotted both iron runes on the body armour and it worked only one. As per the calculation it toom only 20% increase instead of 40% With quality without runes it was 782 evasion rating and 310 energy shield. When i put both runes it got me only 20% increased. What can i do in this situation? Photo attached
