Legacy of Vaal Cruel

So i had completed the act 3 boss on cruel, i go back to Zigguart Encampment, talk to Doryani and the Hooded one, and never got a quest completion. But its still saying i need to talk to Doryani. So this is like a game breaking bug, and cant continue the game... If anyone has a fix or similar issue please let me know
