Support not responding to me at all.

I've tried to contact support now since launch night. I've paid twice for this game and have no coins or anything to show for it...

When is my ticket going to be answered? I've provided an exact run down of my issue and my account issues.

New player in POE2 not enjoying their time lately cause of no response
