Azak Bog Infinite Crashing

Entered the Azak Bog area for the +30 spirit quest and crashed as I tried to load it in. Now I am in an infinite crashing cycling trying to load my character.

I am also having the same issue. I've cleared Normal difficulty already and haven't been able to do Normal Azak Bog/Spirit quest because it seems to be crashing on load every time. Happening as of 12/24/24 for me. Tried turning off all overclocking/checking to ensure drivers are updated. This is on DirectX.

Update: This seemed to resolve when I switched to Vulkan from DirectX. However, that's not apparently a long-term solution, as I crashed again at a zone entrance when in Cruel Mud Burrow.

I am also experiencing this issue. When I cleared it on my Monk a few weeks ago I had no problems, but now on my Warrior I crash every couple of minutes.

Update: It seems that it might be connected to the rendering engine, after switching from Vulkan to DirectX 12 it seems fine.

Extra update: Still happening in act 3, albeit a bit less frequently. Perhaps something was messed with in the last update?

it's still happening as of Jan 3 2025, it didnt happen to me when i was a mercenary but now with my warrior class it kept posting the error. also for me the freezes at loading screen got worst when i played warrior class not unlike when i was playing sorceress and merc
