poe 1 cosmetics to poe 2

hey im kinda new to the game and well ive seen alot of cosmetics that are not in the store. someone told me that most of them come from poe 1. so being a noob i went over to poe 1 and bought some skins that werent in the shop for poe 2. i log in and it says they arent for this version. yea of course they arent but i just wanna know if they will be ported over to the game in the future so i dont feel like i wasted my money even more. and if i have if its possible to refund the skins i bought and get the credits back so i can spend them on something else
