One shot mechanics are visible enough (9 videos ITT)

The specific issue is in the title of each video.

Problem: The visibility of one shot mechanics is not good enough (I can't fucking see them) or they appear then explode 300 milliseconds later which is not enough time for me to react in some cases.

Solution: If there is a skill a monster uses that is meant to one shot you, the effect should be brought to the top/front any current effect on the screen AND be a different color so you can actually differentiate between your skills and the enemy's skills AND it should have a very distinct sound effect that you can clearly hear. There should also be ample time to react to these mechanics (300ms is not ample time).

IMO, I don't like that. This isn't PoE1. I hope GGG rebalances every skill, gem, and support gem. If not, and they continue down this path, people will stop playing.

GGG gained millions of new players because PoE 2 is a great game, but it could be destroyed. GGG, please keep the game the same or better than the campaign. We don't need a one-click game. People pay real money to buy currency or items and become one-click masters, in one day.

Very nice of you to have provided all these videos, i think this could be of great help for GGG when they address this whole problem of visibility and reaction times.

We can see that these mechanics are in fact visually there but as you mention they go off too quickly, are behind other effect and behind LOOT, and frankly do too much damage.

+1 GGG needs to look closely at these videos.

These are all a major issue. i truly believed them when they said visual clarity was paramount but its worse than poe1. i just cant see shit at all and it infuriates me to no end that things like deli fog still exist even after we say its bad and they can obviously see that its bad and just dont care and put it in the new game even. tiny grenades that enemies throw that u cant see or look like part of the environment is just silly. so many things need cleaned up and made much much more obvious and give longer times for or maybe audible beeps shit idk but its bad the way it is
When they say visual clarity was better they were talking about better than the 3-4 builds a league that fry your gpu in poe1. not the average persons build. Idk if its adjustable but the map opacity got me a few times with the cold circles.
Man those deaths are brutal. Some of the reaction time required is dumb. I had to watch a couple of the clips several times to even see what killed you. This does give a perspective of the life build struggle for me.

I walk around with 12k ES dual wielding hammer and scepter because nothing can kill me in a normal map anymore so who needs a shield. I honestly was not even aware some of these attacks existed.
I checked some of these vids and what I see is:
- Map level is high (you probably run lvl 15 waystones)
- Rare monsters have 4+ (usually 6) mods = these are some tough monsters, are your waystones/atlas tree too juiced?
- You have 2,2K HP, no ES, no shield due to ranger class I don't know your other defense layers.

Yes, these effects are hardly visible and they are too quick to react to and avoid completely, but they are not meant to be one-shots. Your defenses might be just too low for the content you are running.
