Vaal Factory Bugged Mob (Clipping into Floor)

This is the third time this has happened to me in the same map layout (Vaal Factory). I'm not certain it's the same mob type every time, but I think it is. I cannot attack the mob and have to fail the map. My shield charge seems to register a hit because it still collides with the bugged mob but the mob takes no damage.

Same bug as user reported above. Same map as well, Vaal Factory.
The mob can still attack, and still can path up stairs, but it cannot be damaged by minions, AOE, or any other spell type my character had.
