points not been recived and no answear in emails

i bought the 300 points pack to receive early access key, unfortunately the points dont show up ingame for some reason, i am using the stand alone client, some told me to try and buy the stash tabs i wanted in the website which i did, but it does not show up in game. i tried contacting the team thru emails but beside the initial response no further responses were made and no solutions were offered, and i sent the first email at 13/12, over a week ago, in the mean time my stash is a mess and i got no premium stash for me to use to sell items, i need help plz!

You might have 2 sub-accounts and the currency went to the incorrect one.
