Weapon set skill allocation bug

i have all 24 weapon set skills by the end of act3 cruel.

i cant allocate all 24. only shows 22. is this intended?

even after i refunded all weapon set skill points it shows 24, but only 22 skill point can be allocated.

can anyone confirm that this is how it works?thanks.

I have similar issue. I have 22(22) weapon skill set points for both my weapon sets. Both buttons to allocate says "no skill points to allocate for this weapon". ive tried swapping out the weapons im holding as well as cycling through new weapons with "x" on keyboard. no luck. it has been like this since day one of EA. I was able to allocate any weapon set skill points as i was acquiring them but after a respect they are stuck.

Because you need skill points to allocate Weapon Skill Sets.

If you have 24 unspent weapon skill set points for both weapon sets, you would need 24 unspent passive points to allocate all of them. If you allocate 24 weapon skill set points for one weapon set and 0 for the other, you can fully allocate the other--because the points were already spent for the allocated set.
