Rare mob mods Conjure lightning, Detonate dead and "cannot recover life above 50%"

I think this mods might be bugged on the matter of not respecting the character's defense, usually i faceroll every rare monster modifier, but when one of lightning or detonate are on the mobs, i take like 1/3 to 2/3 of my life on a single hit, on no penetration map btw.

My character have 78% max res and 72-73% physical reduction

Also for the cannot recover life above 50%, i believe either the wording is wrong or the mod is wrong, cause its capping my life at 25-30%

Also got 4k life, and 74% block, forgot to mention, block never happens on monster modifiers, i never noticed at least

i also noticed the lightning storm mobs doing wayyyyyy too much damage, its an undodgeable attack and i get 2 shot by yellow mobs with conjure lightning storm, i have 76% lightning res and 5,4k es with CI
