GGG Help me please, I got hacked

I am reaching out urgently for your assistance. My account was hacked on 2024/12/21 at 20:26 (GMT+7), with both the email and password being changed by the hacker.

As soon as I became aware of the issue, I immediately sent a message to support@grindinggear.com on the same day at 22:31 (GMT+7). However, I have not yet received any response.

Furthermore, the hacker is still actively using my account. I kindly ask for your immediate help to secure my account and recover access. Please let me know if any additional information is needed for verification.

Update:
After the hack, I could still access my account via the Steam client and created a new character. On 2024/12/21 around 16:00 (GMT+7), I logged into my original character and found the following:

All items were missing, except for a necklace and rings.
My stash, which had 1 divine orb and approximately 20 exalted orbs, was completely cleared out.
The hacker is still actively using my account, and I urgently need your help to secure it and recover the stolen items. Please let me know if additional details are required to verify my ownership.

Update: The ggg team has locked my account to prevent further attacks from the hacker. I have also enhanced the security of my email. Additionally, I have sent updated information back to the team via email on December 22, 2024. Kindly update my email back to normal and unlock the account.

welcome to the next step of your journey, now you get to wait about a month or two to get your account unlocked because they reply to your emails once a week and it's a process that needs about 15 back and forth emails :)

Right now, I just want the support team to unlock my account and reset the email back to the original one before it was hacked, so I can change the password. This is to ensure I can play PoE2 during the New Year holiday.

I have already provided the account recovery details and sent them to support@grindinggear.com on 2024/12/22.

First of all, I apologize for posting in this thread again. After my account was locked, I sent an email to support@grindinggear.com, but until now, I haven’t received any response. So, I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience and vent a little.

After my email was hacked, my POE account was locked to prevent further risks, which I totally understand, and I appreciate the team’s efforts to keep things secure. However, I’ve tried reaching out to Support several times, but so far... nothing. It’s almost like sending emails into a black hole.

At the same time, another chat group application I use (which I won’t name here) was also hacked, but their team was able to restore my account in less than two days after I submitted my request. This made me feel that the response process for the game might need to be improved in terms of speed.

I am posting here again because I still haven't received a reply from the team since my account was locked. I would like to ask the community: Do you think this is taking too long? And is there any way to speed up the process or any other magical secret way to contact the team for faster help?
