Possible bug with modifiers

Yesterday I encountered a frustrating problem where it seems I don't get the "+to skills" from certain items. I have a wand,.a focus and an amulet, wand gives +1 lightning skills, focus gives +1 all spell skills and amulet gives +1 projectile skills. But when I check the skill info on Spark, it gets only +1 from global modifiers, and I checked, it's the amulet. Should it not get from all three?

If anyone has a fix I would be grateful.

I 'fixed' it. It seems there was a visual bug displaying my weapons but actually I was using the empty weapon set 2.
