Unable to upgrade PoE2 Supporter Pack w/Physical Item

Hey folks,

I tried emailing support, but after a week of no response I'm hoping to try on here as well.

Basically, I'm very keen on upgrading my supporter pack (potentially to the liberator one), and receiving the physical items as well. I was unable to upgrade from King of Faridun to the Vaal one due to some error claiming I had opted out of physical items (I hadn't), but I went ahead with purchasing it anyways.

I'm willing to have the extra points be taken away in lieu of submitting my shipping info and receiving the physical goodies, but at this point I have no idea if that's possible, or how to go about it.

If anyone from GGG would be able to help me upgrade to the Warlord or Liberator supporter pack + get the physical goodies, please let me know. Cheers you guys :)

Thanks for the response here Jarod, and I completely understand the overwhelming amount of support requests given the popularity and amazing reception to Early Access.

In the hopes that you're still able to respond here, I have a quick follow-up; do you know if me responding within the same email with additional account info would be helpful, or would it automatically send my ticket to the back of the line?

Essentially my hope is to further clarify what I'm trying to do (at this point I bought the Liberator pack, and I would just like points redacted from my account to allow me to have the hoodie and art book shipped to me).

If the answer is no, then my only hope is that the support tickets die down a bit in the new year.
