Shift keybind for skills causes issues in hideouts

The issue is that I very much dislike "T" as a skill keybind so I switched it to shift, which works perfectly barring that when I try to split a stack or continuously use currency in my hideout my character does the skill. I need to unbind any skill from my shift key while doing these actions in my hideout or if I want to trade. Similarly in town it prompts a dialogue though this part is more just a slight annoyance.

If possible an option to disable skill usage while in the hideout would fix this. If this could also apply in towns and the trial areas that would be perfect.

Edit: I think that the option to use skills is actually disabled during trade. Which made me think there actually is a "flag" that already disables skill use during the trade interface. Another solution might be to make a game option that does this while you're inventory or stash interface is open. It would obviously be a bit less ideal if something started to attack you but if spacebar can still close your inventory interface as it currently does this wouldn't be so bad.

I'd love to have an option like that too. Shift and Ctrl are the only two keys on the keyboard that one can make use of their little finger would be a shame to not also use them for skills.
