[ACCOUNT ISSUE] I lost access to the game

Hi,

I had access on this account:



I bought the game over a week ago, connected steam account, connected my old PoE 1 account and everything was alright. I played the game yesterday.

All of the sudden I lost access, when I try to login it says :


"Your account does not have access to path of exile 2 early access":



And yet:


It literally says I played the game today. What do I do to regain access?

In addition to that my account is correctly connected to my steam, but in PoE2 access tab on main site I can see that it says "You currently do not own early access to poe2...".

I bought key, which I redeemed on this site, not on steam, then I received a key to redeem on steam. Everything worked just fine. Is this some sort of ban? Is the key I used no good?

I already sent an email on Dec 19th to support @ support@grindinggear.com, and haven't got any response whatsoever. It's like, do I count it as money lost or what at this point? I don't event know if buying new key won't give me same results.

Is there some other form of communication I could use to contact GGG in regards to this particular issue?
Had the same problem
Played 10hrs with friends then no access

Key watch from a reseller, support had not answered yet

I bought the game again directly over Poe HP, works fine
Hope they refund atleast the resellers price when support answers in a few weeks
Account issues are NOT handled on the forum, only via email with support@grindinggear.com, so please wait until Support responds to your email. They are still extremely busy.
