I can't whisper nobody

I just can't do it, so I can't invite PT or trade too, since 3 or 4 days ago. Wanna buy a new bow to my 77 Ranger, but can't (stucked with an 58 bow...).

EDIT: every player I try to whisper appear offline to me... Multiplataform is activated, so I duno what to do more than already was tried.

And people will tell us "Trading works fine on console" 🤓 lol its actually a complete joke in its current state and if it stays like this its so unhealthy for the long term success of the game.

this is what we get for playing on console. completely forgotten about. we wont have any changes. console poe 2 is dead and wont ever be fixed. we dont pay them enough money to care. we only pay them enough to get lip service then ignored. funny how we cant treat ggg like they treat us. that would be against the forum rules.

You know what makes me most upset about all this? I have 3 characters: levels 50, 65 and 77, all of them stopped. Because, especially with the characters with whom I have already completed the campaign on the last difficulty, I can no longer increase the damage, since I can't trade using the trade tool provided by GGG.

To make matters worse, I bought the most expensive version of the support pack, so imagine the regret. I'm already thinking about playing the other games that I haven't played yet from my library, better than wait for some solution.

I was even enjoying the game but the way it is, at least in my experience on Xbox, it simply doesn't work.

I've had the problem since launch.

Even sent a email to support.

No reply , they are not even acknowledging it on the forum yet.

I did make a second toon account and did leveled it to 25.

Made a guild were I have both the smurf and the main .

I even had to spend money to buy stash tabs for the guild ,

so I can use the smurf to buy gear and then tunnel it to my main via the guild bank.

I did end up getting a toon to maps on my smurf account and now just game on it..
