Audio buzzing

Hello, when my audio is set to my speakers there is a constant buzzing noise. I have tested turning the audio completely off on POE2 and the buzzing continues. If I close POE2 the buzzing stops immediately. I have updated my drivers and continue to not understand what could be the problem. Please any help to fix this audio issue? I can't listen to Youtube with this audio buzzing constantly.
