Unable to trade or chat after account verified
I have linked my PS5 account and verified, but am still unable to trade or chat... Please help, thanks!

Also it's not showing that I have access to poe2 EA... Or any characters etc...
I have verified the account connected to the same Playstaion account, and have verified the email. |

I am also having the same issue on xbox whisper and trade are grey for me.

Accounts linked and verified, but it still claims my account has to be verified first in order to use these features. This was reported a while back now, and I have seen numerous others with the same or similar issues. A sticky post with a simple "we are aware and are working on it" would go a long way here... Thanks! If anyone else bothers to read this and had the same issue, feel free to add a reply here. |

Still no response from support here or via the email I sent...
A simple "we know" or "we will eventually fix it" would be nice... The dev team should have someone looking through the forums and compiling a stickied list of issues... Such poor customer service... |
