Hi.
I need advice.

I bought the game, activated the key on the official website (this one here), activated the game on Steam, after a few days I get a message that I don't have the game purchased.
I played for over 20 hours and suddenly something like this.
A friend bought a key from the same source and everything is fine.
GGG support doesn't reply.
