Can I transfer Points from one account to another?

Hello, I really need help regarding this.
It seems that I got my 300 points on this account and not the one that is connected with my Steam (and where I have my characters and play). Both are on the same email, but for some reasons I got them here and not on Steam account. I really need extra stash spaces cause I'll be starting end-game soon. Anybody can help me with this? No you cannot. Things you purchase on one account cannot be transfered to another. Be it points or mtx.

But account is on the same mail. I didn't know I'll get separate account if I connect my Steam. These are the points I got for purchasing Supporter Pack.

Need to link the Epic/Steam/Microsoft/Sony accounts to your Path of Exile website account to not get a separate one or maybe I'm misunderstanding.
You can link them if you click on your account name on the top left and then "Manage account". After linking, you should have your points be available to use. Try contact support via email and see if they can help! Last edited by zelme95#6926 on Dec 20, 2024, 6:28:29 PM

My Steam account is linked to my PoE account (both are on the same email), but for some reason the game is showing it as separate accounts. I start the game from Steam but in game I can choose between PoE and Steam linked accounts. It's really confusing.
I contacted support like 10 days ago but without answer from them, that's why I'm writing here hoping someone would notice. |

Exact same issue here. I also bought early access expecting 300 points but ended up with 2 accounts under one email. One that I play under with steam ( which is where I bought the early access ) and another account that received the 300 points.
It makes no sense to have 2 accounts and I never asked to do this but now I can’t use the points. I also contacted support without getting a reply. |

Same issue here... Linked Steam account to my POE account... It moved all of my points FROM my "Steam POE2" to my "POE1 account... Now I can't use them to purchase guild items for POE2....
"Steam POE2 Account" Points: 0 "POE1 Account" Points: 4065 Why did it transfer them like that? Very frustrating! |
