i've had my account locked and when i try to talk to support i get no reply for over a week now

i said a few things in chat but nothing that could justify my account being locked, being silenced at most

" you only get chat banned for 7 days for saying the N word first offense and it scales up to 1 year/perma mute, its virtually impossible to get actually banned from this game from what you did in chat. He had to trip some kind of anti cheat. |

" If you aren't lying its just a false positive that support could review, which you would have a response in less than a few hours normally (in my experience). Unfortunately right now support has a billion tickets, probably 80% of which are total BS that they didnt need to contact support for and could have figured out with a 1 minute google search, so wait times went from a few hours to over a week it seems.
